These terms govern your use of The AI Temp at thetempai.com. By using the service, you agree to them.

What the service is

The AI Temp provides Sarah, an AI assistant (an “AI Temp”) that responds to a business’s missed calls and messages by text, asks qualifying questions, follows up, and brings the owner in when a customer needs them. Sarah is a software assistant that operates under the business’s configured rules and the owner’s approval — she is not a human and not an employee.

Owner responsibilities

The business owner is responsible for the accuracy of their profile rules, the services they offer and decline, pricing, availability, and for reviewing and approving how Sarah responds. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to your business and your customer communications, including obtaining any consent required to message your customers.

No guarantees

The AI Temp is a tool, not a promise of results. We do not guarantee any number of leads, appointments, bookings, revenue, or customer outcomes. Sarah can make mistakes; the owner remains responsible for their own business decisions.

Not professional advice

Sarah does not provide legal, medical, financial, or safety advice, and nothing from the service should be relied on as such.

Founder Beta & payment

The Founder Beta is $197 to set up, which includes your first 14 days. After that it is $97/month if you keep Sarah. No long-term contract. Setup fees, refunds, and cancellation are described in our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

Use the service only for lawful business communications. Do not use it to send spam, harass or deceive, or message people who have not consented; do not use it for emergencies or other high-risk situations; and do not attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or misuse the service.

Changes & cancellation

We may update or improve the service over time. You can cancel your monthly subscription before your next billing cycle (see the Refund Policy). We may suspend or end access for misuse or non-payment.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is,” and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost business, leads, or revenue arising from your use of the service.
